Exploring Game Development

Games are fun to play, but they’re even more fun to make! In Exploring Game Development, students discover what it takes to create both tabletop games and video games, including how game developers use math, science, art, and sound to create engaging player experiences.

Students will learn:

  • Fundamentals of programming, digital art, and sound design
  • Foundational game mechanics
