Junior 3D Game Development

It takes more than an interesting idea to create a modern 3D video game. Game development teams require highly skilled programmers, artists, and designers — all of whom must work together to bring their creative vision to life. Building on the 2D game development principles covered in the first level of this course, students will learn advanced technical and creative techniques to tackle challenges as they produce their own 3D games.

Students will learn:
  • 3D game engine fundamentals
  • User interface design
  • How to apply math, physics, and creative writing to video games
