Whether you are new to ProjectFUN or a returning student looking to dive deeper into your favorite subject area, these programs let you keep learning fun new skills in art and technology throughout the year.

Homeschool

ProjectFUN Homeschool – Registration for New Courses and Programs for SPRING 2017 are Now OPEN!

ProjectFUN Homeschool provides students in grades K-12 with opportunities to study video game programming, art and animation, game design, engineering, and music and sound design. For Fall 2016, in response to feedback and demand from homeschooling families, DigiPen will have NEW courses that teach general science, applied math, and even basic reading and writing! Beyond the specific content covered in each course, students will also develop age appropriate study skills in each course including research, note-taking, organizational skills, and writing.

ProjectFUN Weekend Workshops

Ever wish ProjectFUN's Summer Workshops took place during the school year? Well now they do! ProjectFUN Weekend Workshops take some of our most popular Summer Workshops for Young Explorer (grades 1-3), Juniors (grades 4-7) and Teens (grades 8-12) and offer them on Saturdays. ProjectFUN Weekend Workshops are also a perfect way for students to complete prerequisites before attending more advanced ProjectFUN Workshops in the summer. This is a great program for students both new and returning!

College-Level Courses

The DigiPen WANIC Academy is a great opportunity for high school juniors and seniors to take advanced classes in computer science, art, or robotics and earn an Advanced Placement credit or college credit at DigiPen. In addition to completing comprehensive projects-based curriculum, students gain exposure to a collegiate environment and have access to other opportunities like college mentors and shadowing.

Afterschool

Students in Grades 4-7 can attend this once-a-week program in the afternoon to learn about the subjects of game design, programming, fine arts and multimedia production, and sound design. ProjectFUN Afterschool exposes students to each of these subjects over the course of 12 weeks and teaches students how these disciplines come together in the world of game design.
